Service: Includes web hosting, VPS, domain registration, email services, technical support, and any other service provided by the company.
Account: The credentials and data associated with the client’s access to our services.
By registering or purchasing any service from Veno Technology Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy. Payments must be made by the due date to avoid service suspension.
Clients may request service cancellation at any time via the client area or support ticket. Refunds are only issued under specific conditions as defined in our policies.
